I bought my first big girl camera in 2015 and was so excited to peruse a passion I had as a little girl who had saved up all her birthday money to buy her own digital camera. Pink of course! After having my first baby I was encouraged by my husband to finally chase my dream. That’s how Kylee Green Photography started. My family and business have grown side by side and it’s been a remarkable journey to get to have my kids cheering from the sidelines as I model to them that moms can chase dreams too while still being involved and present in their life.
My siblings and cousins modeled for me as I learned the ins and outs of my camera. Later close friends. I slowly built up a big clientele of people I had never even met before the day of their session. I took in person classes, spent countless hours on YouTube learning, went to a photographer retreat in Arizona 30 weeks pregnant with my third baby, took online classes, and did a year of coaching to learn as much as I could. But owning your own business can get so lonely and I was spending a lot of my time referring other photographer to clients I was too busy to take on.
 I battled with the idea of hiring an associate photographer for two years. I wanted to find someone who would represent my brand name to everything I had spent the last 8 ½ years building. Meet Matti, the newest member of the Kylee Green Photography team. You are going to love her! She specialized in families, weddings, and seniors in Preston, Idaho and the surrounding areas. She is originally from Bear Lake and has some amazing locations to share with our clients there as well.
Matti has an amazing portfolio and will be offering clients the same Kylee Green Photography experience you have been used to and love. I have trained her to shoot similarly to me, she will send out the same style guides that all of my clients receive, and I will be editing all of the photos she takes. By growing my team we are able to serve more clients, offer more available dates, and also offer two different price points, which we are both so excited for! We can't wait to take your photos.
